m7soft (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in the applications and web services (collectively referred to as “the Service”) related to “Moonlight Jigsaw” provided by the Company.
By using this Service, you are required to read the full text of this Policy and agree to its terms.
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in Japanese, and an English translation is also provided. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

2. Purpose of Use
The specific purposes of use of User Information related to the provision of this Service are as follows:

3. Method for Requesting Cessation of Use
Users can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the application.
Anonymous data collected by third-party services will remain even after the application is deleted. You may apply to the Company for the deletion of this anonymous data. However, the Company cannot guarantee the complete deletion of data collected by third-party services used by the Company. Whether such data can be deleted and the scope of deletion are subject to the policies and procedures defined by each service provider. Upon receiving a deletion request, the Company will perform the deletion procedures or applications for these services to the extent possible, but please understand that the final action depends on the judgment of each service. Requests can be made via the contact information in this Policy. Please check your User ID in the settings before making an inquiry.
4. Children’s Privacy
This Service is not intended for persons under the age of 13 (or the age defined as a child in your region), and use by such persons is strictly prohibited. Even with parental consent, use of this Service is not permitted.
If a person under the age of 13 accidentally installs this Service, please delete the application immediately.
This Service is intended for persons aged 13 and over. However, persons under the age of 18 (or the age defined as an adult in your region) should obtain parental approval before use. This does not imply that the Service contains sexual or violent content.
Please note that the actual age at which the Service can be installed may vary slightly depending on the store’s age ratings.

6. Third-Party Provision
The Company will not provide personal information among User Information to third parties (including those located outside of Japan) without the user’s prior consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- (1) When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- (2) When personal information is provided due to business succession resulting from a merger or other reasons
- (3) When personal information is provided to partners or the aforementioned information collection module providers (for analytics, advertising, etc.)

- (5) In other cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations
7. Disclosure of Personal Information
When the Company is requested by a user to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will disclose it to the user without delay after confirming that the request is from the user themselves. (If said personal information does not exist, the user will be notified to that effect.)
However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
8. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
- (1) If requested by a user to (i) correct personal information because it is not true, or (ii) suspend use because it is handled beyond the scope of the intended use or was collected wrongfully, the Company will, after identity verification, conduct an investigation without delay, and based on the results, perform the correction or suspension and notify the user.
- (2) If a user requests erasure and the Company deems it necessary, the Company will, after identity verification, erase the personal information and notify the user.
- (3) The above provisions do not apply if the Company is not obligated to perform corrections or suspension of use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
9. GDPR
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA). Additionally, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) applies to users residing in the United Kingdom (UK).
