This Privacy Policy is originally prepared in Japanese, and an English translation is also provided. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

However, Our Company cannot guarantee complete deletion of data collected by third-party services used by Our Company. The possibility and scope of deleting such data depend on the policies and procedures established by each service provider. When a deletion request is received, Our Company will carry out deletion procedures or applications with these services to the extent possible, but please understand that the final action depends on the discretion of each service. Requests can be made through the inquiry section of this Policy. Please check your User ID in the settings menu before contacting us. Please note that you must inquire using the User ID you had prior to deleting the app.

4. Children’s Privacy

This Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and such individuals are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances. This prohibition applies even if a parent or legal guardian has given consent.

If an individual under the age of 16 installs this Service by mistake, the app must be uninstalled immediately.

This Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. However, if you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the approval of your parent or legal guardian.

6. Provision to Third Parties

Among User Information, Our Company will not provide personal information to any third party (including those located outside Japan) without obtaining the user’s prior consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases where provision to a third party (including those located outside Japan) is necessary:

When Our Company is requested by a user to disclose personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, Our Company will disclose it to the user without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves.

(If such personal information does not exist, Our Company will notify the user to that effect.)

However, this shall not apply if Our Company is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

Please note that a handling fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

8. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  • (1) If Our Company is requested by a user (i) to correct the content of personal information pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is untrue, or (ii) to suspend the use of personal information pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced in advance, or that it was collected by fraud or other improper means, Our Company will perform the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves. Based on the results, Our Company will correct or suspend the use of personal information and notify the user to that effect. If Our Company decides not to correct or suspend the use, it will notify the user to that effect.

  • (2) If Our Company is requested by a user to erase their personal information, and Our Company deems it necessary to comply with the request, Our Company will erase the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves and notify the user to that effect.

  • (3) The provisions above do not apply if Our Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc., or suspend use, etc., under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. GDPR

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA). In addition, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) applies to users residing in the United Kingdom (UK).
